There are ten lots for sale in the new Torrence Mountain View subdivision, located in Comox in the Comox Valley. Three new homes have been completed, and one of the new homes has sold and is now occupied. The new homes are approximately 1,800 sq. ft. in size, with the two homes remaining are priced at $359,900 and $369,900. A total of ten new single family homes will be built on this site, with lots varying in size from 454 to 741 square metres.  The average lot will be about 550 square meters, and most of these lots for sale feature mountain views.
