Phase 4 of Oak Bay Beach Hotel's Vacation Hotel Suites Sales Now On, With Incentives
Oak Bay Beach Hotel in Victoria, Vancouver Island has sold out Phase 3 of its vacation hotel suites, and is now offering special incentives to the first 10 buyers in Phase 4.
The developers of this luxury ocean front hotel and residential condos are offering investment options to keen buyers.
Phase 4 gives the first ten purchasers of one of the waterfront hotel vacation suites a 105% buyback option after 5 years and a lease back contract enhanced by 50% to provide a return on investment at 3.25% annually.
Only 100 of these vacation hotel suites have been made available, and only the first 10 buyers in Phase 4 will receive these additional bonuses.
Owners are entitled to use their unit up to 16 weeks per year, and enjoy all of the amenities of the 5-star ocean front resort. When they are not using the fully furnished suites, owners receive revenue from the hotel's rental of the suite. The Oak Bay Beach Hotel is hosting its grand opening May 25-27, 2012.

Pre-Opening Programs Still Available to Buyers at Waterfront Oak Bay Beach Hotel in Victoria
The Oak Bay Beach Hotel in Victoria on Vancouver Island is nearing completion of its oceanfront hotel, Victoria hotel vacation suites and luxury waterfront residential condos.
Looking back on 2011, the resort had its best sales year yet, with more than $20 million in sales on the books when the year ended, according to the Oak Bay Beach Hotel's director of sales Brad Neufeld.
“I guess that shouldn’t be surprising given the quality of the project, the ability for clients to come for a hard-hat tour of the project, and the opportunity to see first-hand the views offered in the various properties,” Neufeld said. “Nevertheless, it is extremely gratifying to watch our clients embrace the vision that we are bringing to life. 2011 saw us complete the sell out of the first three phases of vacation hotel suites, and we have now also sold 40 per cent of the residential condo properties in the project.”
The Oak Bay Beach Hotel is still offering pre-opening programs to early buyers.
“Phase four of the vacation hotel suites will be released this month, and we are calling this the 'Have Your Cake And Eat It Too' program,” Neufeld explained.
“You receive a leaseback contract from us that is 50 per cent higher that normal, with the right to sell the property back to us after five years.”
The Oak Bay Beach Hotel is also offering a “Fly and 'Try” program that includes a free weekend / three day trip to Victoria to come and see the vacation suites and oceanfront luxury condominiums. If you decide to buy while you are visiting, the Oak Bay Beach Hotel will pay for your trip.

Waterfront Oak Bay Beach Hotel in Victoria Offers Incentives For New Vacation Hotel Suite Owners
Oak Bay Beach Hotel has released another block of 25 vacation hotel suites for sale in Victoria. In conjunction with this release of 25 units, the newly rebuilt waterfront hotel is offering early buyers a fantastic incentive which pays owners an Enhanced Lease Revenue stream that is nearly double the revenue that was offered in earlier sales phases.

Luxury Oak Bay Beach Hotel Offers New Incentives For Vacation Home Buyers
Having already successfully sold out of all phase one and two revenue-generating vacation hotel suites, the owners and developers of Victoria’s Oak Bay Beach Hotel have just launched phase three – rewarding the first 10 buyers with a whale of an investment return.
The first 10 buyers of the new, 25-unit phase of Vancouver Island vacation suites are guaranteed a 3.9 per cent annual return of their investment – nearly doubling the hotel's typical 2 per cent triple-net return rate on vacation hotel suites.
The phase three units range from $379,000 to $1.1 million and include studios, junior suites and one-bedroom suites, measuring between 450 and 750 square feet.
The new Oak Bay Beach Hotel vacation suites come fully furnished and are available in a variety of floor plans and layouts. Owners do not have to pay expenses typically associated with vacation properties (such as strata fees, maintenance expenses and property taxes) and have personal access to their suite for up to four months per calendar year.
“Purchasing one of these condos is an excellent investment move, considering the superior construction quality and oceanfront location,” said Brad Neufeld, director of sales for the Oak Bay Beach Hotel.

Victoria's re-built Oak Bay Beach Hotel is now less than one year away from opening its doors on the Victoria watefront. Opening celebrations have been set for the May 19, 2012 long weekend at the iconic Oak Bay Beach Hotel development project, located on Beach Drive in Victoria, Vancouver Island.
