Monterra Projects Building Tanglewood - New Patio Homes at The Ridge in Courtenay

Monterra Projects, known for building high quality custom homes and multi-family projects in the Comox Valley, has started construction on a new patio home project called Tanglewood, at The Ridge in South Courtenay.

The Ridge is a master-planned neighbourhood of new homes located just minutes away from the downtown core of Courtenay, shopping centres, major amenities and the Comox Valley Airport (YQQ).

New Patio Home Development by Monterra Projects at The Ridge in Courtenay

Comox Valley Builder Monterra Projects have been building custom-desgned homes and multi-family projects in this Vancouver Island community for many years. The Monterra team focuses on building relationships with their new home owners from the design process through to completion. They are now starting development of a modern patio home project at The Ridge called Tanglewood. 

Monterra Projects are now conducting a soft launch of Tanglewood and pre-sales are being offered on the Phase 1 patio homes.

Spring is in Full Bloom in Ladysmith on Vancouver Island

It's spring on Vancouver Island and that means flowers are blooming! One particular plant in the Town of Ladysmith is gaining international attention. The more-than-a-century-old shrub, locally known as “Lady Cynthia,” has been attracting international acclaim and visitors after it was listed as one of the most beautiful trees in the world by a number of online publications last year (even though it’s not technically a tree).
