New Home Construction Now Underway in Phase II at The Ridge
Developers at the Ridge are happy to announce that new home building has now begun in Phase II. Many homes are under construction and three of their premier home builders are busy. The Ridge in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island Welcomes New Residents
The Ridge in Courtenay has welcomed many new residents to their community over the past two years, and word is getting out that the residents at The Ridge welcome newcomers. This summer's neighbourhood party was a huge success, with 150 people attending and enjoying the festivities.
More residents will be moving to The Ridge over the course of the next year as construction is about to get started on new homes in Phase 2.

New Hospital Nearing Completion in Courtenay in the Comox Valley
The state-of-the-art new $331.7 million, 153-bed Comox Valley Hospital is scheduled to open in Courtenay this fall.
The new hospital in the Comox Valley has been designed to meet the needs for all residents in the Comox Valley and surrounding region. The hospital is centrally located within the City of Courtenay and is easily accessible from any location in the area.
The Comox Valley Hospital is only 15 minutes from the new real estate development The Ridge. The Ridge is currently working on approvals for Phase 3 lots.
This part of Vancouver Island is known for its friendly people and active communities. With this in mind, a call for volunteers for the new hospital has gone out.
