A new residential development in Cumberland, in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island is now selling Phase IV, and construction of new homes is underway. This phase of Coal Valley Estates contains 34 lots, and new homes with secondary suites will be part of the development. These lots offer mountain views, and are within walking distance to the elementary school and many of the wonderful biking and hiking trails in the area. The development is minutes from Comox Lake and all of the amenities and skiing at Mount Washington.

This new residential subdivision is located on the west side of the Village of Cumberland. Lot sizes vary from 450 to 650 square metres and range from $129,900 - $137,500. Lots here are zoned to accommodate secondary suites of up to 700 square feet. 

Builders terms are available for new home builders, including reduced pricing for multiple lot purchases and “do not pay for one year” with a lot deposit. Site preparation for Phase V is also underway, to accommodate 60 lots, with registration expected in the fall of 2013.
