New Comox Valley Townhomes Under Construction on Piercy Avenue in Courtenay

A new townhome development is under construction near downtown Courtenay. The 10 new home development is being built by McQueen Construction in the Comox Valley. These two and three bedroom homes will be built in two buildings, each with four linked townhouses; two additional townhouses will also be added. These Courtenay townhomes are currently being built.
Floor plans for the Piercy Avenue Townhomes will range in size from 1,300 to 1,600 sq. ft. Many of these new homes offer the option of having the master bedroom on the main floor.
Piercy Avenue townhomes will feature hardwood flooring, solid wood cabinets, and come complete with appliance packages. The homes will have attached garages and additional driveway parking, and the development will also have guest parking spots.
