Construction Waste Recycling and Disposal Consultation Thursday, July 19 in Courtenay and Campbell River

Comox Strathcona Waste Management (CSWM) is the regional government responsible for managing garbage and recycling in the Comox Valley and Campbell River Region. They would like to meet with industry stakeholders to discuss planned and proposed policies that are intended to increase the level of recycling associated with construction, renovation and demolition projects.
Changes in landfill tipping fees, disposal bans and new permit requirements will be on the agenda. Join CSWM to find out more about proposed changes and provide your feedback.
