Coastal Custom Homes now Building at The Ridge in Courtenay

This rancher/bungalow style home is 1,620 sq. ft. and features three bedrooms with a vaulted ceiling in the great room. Dean Verschuur, of Coastal Custom Homes, prides himself on designing a custom home for the lot he is building on. He purposely designs the footprint of each new custom home on the lot to take advantage of the brightness, the surroundings, and the views.
