New Home Construction Booming at The Ridge in Courtenay

The developers of The Ridge in Courtenay are excited to be welcoming so many new residents to their community. With 20 new homes currently under construction, The Ridge is a busy place these days. These custom homes will welcome excited new homeowners over the next several months.

Many of these new homes by the preferred builders at The Ridge feature secondary suites / in-law suites, which homeowners will use as mortgage helpers, or space for elderly parents or adult children.
