Reserve Your Phase II Lot at The Ridge Today

There are only three lots left in Phase I at The Ridge in Courtenay. Two of these lots are zoned for duplexes and there is one single family lot available.

Developers have begun site preparation for Phase II which will contain 43 single family lots. This subdivision will be completed in the early spring and registration is expected to completed on all of the lots by the end of April 2017.

Sixty-six of the lots have already been sold in Phase I and many homes, some with secondary suites, have already been built in the master-planned community. The Ridge is one of the most desirable locations for new homes in the Comox Valley.

Give the developer a call and have your name added to the reservation list, so that they can contact you when the lots are available to purchase.
