First Custom Home Rancher Sells at The Ridge in Only Four Days

Lawmar Contracting recently offered a rancher (also known as a bungalow) for sale at The Ridge, a Vancouver Island master-planned subdivision. The Ridge held their grand opening and first open house over the long May weekend and both Lawmar Contracting and Brando Construction were there to showcase their new show homes.

 

While several visitors viewed the available lots for sale, one couple has now selected Lot #22 located at 3436 Harbourview to build their custom new home. This is the first rancher to be sold in the new Comox Valley subdivision, and it features 3 bedrooms, a great room, kitchen and dining room as well as a two car garage and a covered porch, with a total of 1,742 square feet.
