New Riverfront Ranchers at Courtenay's The Ridge at RiversEdge Are Proving Popular

New Courtenay rancher homes at The Ridge in RiversEdge are proving popular as five homes have now sold in the past few months. A new show home is now open at this Courtenay riverfront real estate development.

 

Ten of the 24 new single-family homes, built by Southwind Developments Corporation in Phase III of RiversEdge have been sold. These single-family residential homes are situated in a bare land strata plan and feature double garages, landscaping, underground sprinklers, fencing and hedging.

 

The homes in this development are one level bungalow style homes, ranging in size from 1,450 to 1,677 square feet.  Five new homes are currently under construction, and additional homes will be started as the other ones are completed. Foundations have been poured on the remaining units. Prices range from $339,900 to $354,900. Twenty-four new ranchers/bungalows have been built and sold in Phases I and II.
