New Phase of Vancouver Island Lots for Sale to begin Construction in Spring of 2015

The River's Edge in the Comox Valley Phase IV of Rivers Edge, located in the beautiful Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, are planning to offer new lots for sale in the Spring of 2015. A preliminary subdivision layout design is underway and is expected to include between 15 and 25 fee-simple lots. Once the plan has been approved and the lots registered, construction on Phase IV is expected to begin in the summer of 2015.
