New Courtenay Townhomes Coming to Piercy Avenue

A new townhome development on Piercy Avenue in Courtenay, Vancouver Island is being built by McQueen Construction in the Comox Valley. This new real estate project planned to be built in two phases, with a total of four townhouses and two duplexes creating 10 new Courtenay homes. The townhomes and duplexes will offer three different floor plans, which will include two or three bedrooms and bathroom and range in size from 1,300-1,600 sq. ft.
