Grand Legacy Homes is one of the newest builders to start new home construction at The Ridge in Courtenay.

Currently they have a two-storey home for sale under construction, which will have the option of including a secondary suite. This home is 2,650 ft.² in size and is located at 3427 Eagleview Crescent in Courtenay, BC.

Grand Legacy Homes will begin construction on a rancher/bungalow style home in June. This home will be approximately 1,600 ft.² in size.
